Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead service center staff, including technicians, customer service representatives, and support personnel.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Ensure all customer complaints, issues, and service requests are handled professionally and resolved promptly.
- Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and task delegation to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure ongoing development and high performance.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, parts, sales) to streamline processes and improve service.
- Prepare and submit reports on service performance, KPIs, and operational issues to management.
- Manage tools, equipment, and supplies needed for service operations.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Age: 30 or above
- Characteristics of personalitybr>-Management experience, familiar with computer operation.
- Working Experiencebr>3 years or above
- language levelbr>fluent in English
