Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead service center staff, including technicians, customer service representatives, and support personnel.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure all customer complaints, issues, and service requests are handled professionally and resolved promptly.
  • Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and task delegation to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure ongoing development and high performance.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, parts, sales) to streamline processes and improve service.
  • Prepare and submit reports on service performance, KPIs, and operational issues to management.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and supplies needed for service operations.

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Age: 30 or above
  • Characteristics of personalitybr>-Management experience, familiar with computer operation.
  • Working Experiencebr>3 years or above
