Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate service charge accounts for the community, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled.
  • Prepare and issue service charge demands, including individual statements, while adhering to lease agreements and relevant legislation.
  • Proactively address and resolve resident inquiries regarding service charges, providing clear and concise explanations to minimize disputes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of communal areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure service charge funds are appropriately allocated.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) or Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) qualifications.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of experience in property management or a related field, specifically involving service charges.

  • Has experience working in real estate or property management industry, understands the nuances of community management.
