Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You ll be responsible for coordinating service operations, preparing quotations, managing client communications, and supporting the sales process for marine equipment and navigation systems (Gyro, VDR, ECDIS, etc.).
This is a dynamic position that bridges our technical service team, suppliers, and clients across Egypt and the Gulf region.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily service jobs and schedule technicians for vessel attendance.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, service reports, and purchase orders.
Communicate with shipowners, agents, and vessel masters for job arrangements.
Support the sales process and maintain accurate service and customer records.
Ensure after-sales follow-up and client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor s degree (Engineering, Business, Maritime Studies, or related field).
    1 3 years of relevant experience in marine services, operations, customer service support, or similar.
    Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.
    Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
