Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Effectively coordinate to improve productivity by managing schedules of the Workshop team and organize the services, installation and repair of machines.
  • Handling customer calls for service request calls, emails, and messages whenever required.
  • Ensure the adequacy of service-related equipment or material.
  • Forecasting and monitoring of stocks / spare parts, coordinate with the procurement department to arrange spare parts for relevant customers.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all sales orders / quotations with accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining the database of customers of the service & after-sales department.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Provide weekly reports whenever asked by the Divisional Manager.
  • Highly Desirable: Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline, technical qualification is highly preferred
  • At least two years post qualification experience in UAE, preferably in workshop industries related to outdoor and indoor cleaning equipment
  • Good communication skills and computer skills (MS Office/ Orion/etc.)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Team player
  • Willing to work extra hours when ever required
