Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Provide information on menu items, including ingredients and dietary options.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and promptness.
- Follow up to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Recommend menu items based on customer preferences.
- Escalate feedback or unresolved issues when required.
- Support hygiene and safety standards across all customer-facing areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Graduate.
- Open to Male and Female candidates
- Minimum height requirement of 5'2 is required by the client.
- Age limit of 21 to 29 years old only.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or restaurants is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Math Skills for handling payments.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
provided they demonstrate strong knowledge
