Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Duties

  • Serve as ultimate technical authority and escalation point for CNTXT s most complex and strategic pre-sales engagements requiring exceptional technical depth
  • Define and evolve solution architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across all specialization tracks within the pre-sales organization
  • Lead technical strategy for transformational, multi-million dollar deals with national-level importance or market-defining significance
  • Design ground-breaking cloud architectures that push boundaries of technology and deliver unprecedented business value to customers
  • Mentor and develop Customer Engineers across all levels through technical guidance, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical
field required. Master s degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree are highly preferred. Executive
education from leading institutions is valued

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise technology experience with demonstrated progression to increasingly complex challenges.
  • 5+ years as Senior Customer Engineer or equivalent senior technical role with proven excellence.
  • Extensive track record of leading transformational, multi-million dollar cloud engagements.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with C-suite and senior government officials.
  • History of technical thought leadership and organizational capability development.

Required: All professional-level certifications in specialization track (typically 4-5 certifications).

  • Professional Cloud Architect (mandatory and current).
  • At least one Google Cloud specialty certification.
  • Track record of maintaining current certifications and early adoption of new certifications.
  • Fluent in English (executive and government-level communication mastery).
  • Arabic proficiency required at professional fluency level for engagement with highest-level KSA/MENA stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation abilities in both languages.
