Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end service delivery for cyber security solutions including SOC, SIEM, GRC etc.

  • Ensure services are delivered within agreed SLAs, KPIs, and security compliance standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery, escalations, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with security engineers and technical teams to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Monitor service performance, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings and reporting with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage client escalations and critical security incidents with effective resolution strategies.
  • Support transition of new security services or projects into operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of cyber security operations (Preferrable)
  • Experience managing managed security services or cyber security projects.
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management framework.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong incident management and escalation handling capabilities.
  • Experience in service reporting, dashboards, and SLA tracking.
