Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the service delivery process, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality standards, and client expectations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Facilitate regular client reviews and feedback sessions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance service efficiency.

Manage escalations related to service delivery issues and drive resolution efforts.

Support the development and training of staff to improve service delivery skills.

Act as the primary point of contact for service-related queries and escalations.

Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in a related field.

- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar role (5+ years preferred).

- Strong understanding of service management principles and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software and service management tools.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in a technology or IT services environment.

- Knowledge of cloud services and solutions.

- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
