Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate end-to-end service delivery, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance aligned with SLAs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate service disruptions, minimizing impact on clients and maintaining service stability.
  • Lead incident and problem management processes, driving swift resolutions and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Manage and enhance service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring they meet evolving client needs and business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15+ Years of overall IT experience and minimum of 5 years in Banking IT experience.

    Relevant experience in project / people management and implementation using Agile Methodologies.

    Proven experience working on banking projects is essential.

    Effectively applies scrum agile project management methodology.

    Candidate should have good understanding of Agentic AI and Cloud technologies

    Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skills

    Hands on experience as Project Manager - handling various phases of the project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure. Able to handle at least 3 projects at a time.

    Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP).

    Creates and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the deliverables.
