Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Service Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of service solutions from concept to implementation.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders and users.

Research and Analysis:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze research findings to develop insights and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Prototyping and Testing:
Create prototypes and service blueprints to visualize and test service concepts.
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to iterate and refine service designs.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of service design.
Communicate service design concepts and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement:
Monitor service performance and user feedback to identify areas for ongoing improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into service design.
