Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer applications / Hardware
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT equipment (Router / Access Point / Printer / Fax / Attend Machine / Scanner / copiers / Firewall)
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and VPN
- install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems all of MS Windows, Mac, IOS, MS office, Outlook, Office365
- Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft windows Server / Active directory / DNS / DHCP
- Good Knowledge Configuring and Administrating Cisco L2/3 switches
- Solid knowledge of Antivirus, Backup, Maintenance, Recovery data Application (ManageEngine product, Acronis, Ghost, Hiren's Boot CD PE)
- Good knowledge VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage
- Good Knowledge of troubleshoot, diagnose, POS systems, and attendance devices Zk/Morpho
- Good knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or approved alternatives) for documentation, script generation, and log analysis,
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in Computer or Technical Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of user support principles and practices.
- Language level: Very Good English.
- Certified CCNA / MCSE
