Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing field service support, and performing maintenance and repairs on equipment. The role involves offering technical support to clients and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly to meet operational standards.

The service Engineer will be assigned to a petrochemicals plant, where he will be required to do daily visit to follow up on our chemical treatment program.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering or Science (Chemistry) or related fields.
Experience in the chemical or related industry is a plus.
Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks
Ability to provide technical support and communicate effectively with clients
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in field service roles
Ability to prepare technical reports, excel sheets, .. etc.
