Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated service engineer (fresh graduate). The role involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and healthcare equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of medical devices and healthcare systems.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support senior engineers in problem-solving.

  • Conduct equipment testing and calibration to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and product knowledge through training.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or any related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Willingness to travel locally when required.

High commitment to learning and professional development.
