Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and calibrate biomedical and medical devices at client sites.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on medical equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals and end users.
  • Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support product demonstrations and installations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for spare parts and technical guidance.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and industry standards in biomedical engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • 0 3 years of experience in medical device servicing or maintenance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of biomedical systems, electronics, and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to client locations when needed.
  • Knowledge of hospital safety standards and equipment regulations is a plus.
