Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and commission digital printing systems for signage, textile, decoration, and packaging applications at client sites.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on a wide range of digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of printing systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Document service activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports in accordance with company standards.
  • Liaise with international brand partners for advanced troubleshooting and to stay updated on the latest product developments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in service delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of digital printing technologies and emerging industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduand from Engineering high school departments of Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical degree including Applied Art particularly printing or packaging department.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in servicing, maintaining, installing digital printing systems as well as color calibration, site preparation compliance

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and training delivery.

Ability to work on-site at client locations and travel as required.

Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in equipment servicing.

Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.

Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
