Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of KraussMaffei machines (CX, MX, PX series) and automation systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and customers to ensure high performance and reliability of equipment while providing excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and commission new machines and automation systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Document service activities with detailed reports and communicate findings to the service manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional technical support.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide feedback to the service and sales teams regarding customer needs and machine performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 4 years of relevant experience in service engineering or maintenance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation systems, and technical drawings.
  • Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English & Arabic (German is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, customer focus, and teamwork.
