The Service Engineer – Heavy Machinery is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for heavy equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance through effective field operations and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for heavy machinery. Perform field service visits and deliver on-site support when required. Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections. Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues. Work efficiently within a team environment. Provide support for Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and other earth-moving equipment (mandatory experience).
