Roles & Responsibilities

To perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment—including Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), and other earth-moving machinery. The role ensures high-quality technical support, timely field service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and efficient communication with customers and internal teams within the heavy equipment rental industry. Key Responsibilities Technical Service & Maintenance • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and machinery such as Forklifts, Excavators, AWPs, and similar heavy equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance. • Diagnose faults and provide effective repair solutions with high attention to detail.

Customer & Field Support

• Deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on-site and remotely. • Demonstrate strong field service management and communication skills when interacting with clients. • Ensure prompt response to service calls and resolve issues efficiently. Operational Excellence • Document service activities, maintenance tasks, and repairs accurately. • Maintain compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and company procedures. • Support continuous improvements in service processes and equipment handling. Coordination & Reporting • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. • Prepare service reports, highlight critical problems, and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure availability and proper use of required tools, equipment, and materials.

Experience • Mandatory hands-on experience working with Forklifts, Excavators, AWPs, and other heavy earth-moving equipment. • Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and field service operations. • Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and teamwork orientation. • Willingness to travel for on-site service support.
