Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices for service and maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through expert technical support.
  • Stay updated on latest technology trends and advancements in engineering.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to address client concerns swiftly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different client sites as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
