Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct data analysis on delivery fulfillment processes and experiences to reveal trends, anomalies, and deficiencies.
2. Through keen analysis, proactively identify challenges, design intervention strategies such as penalties and real-time corrective measures, to maintain service standards and reduce risks.
3. Deeply understand the appeal review process, provide fair, timely, and evidence-based optimization solutions, and promote AI automation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product, operations, and logistics) to design and launch scalable solutions, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
5. Pay attention to best practices and emerging trends in the same industry to improve processes and elevate overall service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. At least 5 years of industry operations experience, proficient in data analysis tools.
2. Strong problem identification abilities, as well as the ability to design innovative solutions for operational challenges.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively attract and influence various stakeholders.
4. Required to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and possibly relocate.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is preferred.
