Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of boat and yacht service operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and skilled workforce.
- Develop and implement service strategies, including maintenance schedules and repair protocols, to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims promptly and professionally, building strong client relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as ABYC or NMEA, demonstrating expertise in marine systems and electronics.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in boat or yacht service management.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of various boat and yacht systems, including engines, electrical, plumbing, and navigation.
