Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current customer base, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives goals are met (customer satisfaction, prompt solution, optimum revenues).
  • Develop and implement service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train service technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales support.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of digital printing equipment from international suppliers.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and service tools, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all service operations.
  • Identify opportunities for service process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Graduand holding bachelor degree from Engineering, Applied Art or any high tech school.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in service management or a high technical support role at a renown technology firm.
  • Proven track record in managing service teams within the digital printing solutions, other related technology or advanced art and design sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and manage field operations as required.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Familiarity with digital printing systems (install, repair, color calibration, ) and related technologies (pre and post printing, finishing, )
