Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a multi-national workforce within the workshop, service reception, warranty and administrative team

  • Set and maintain high operational standards for the business
  • Agree budgets, forecasts and KPIs for the business
  • Operate an efficient and profitable business
  • Highlight and rectify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Ensure CSI remains above targets
  • Manage and close customer complaints effectively
  • Report on departmental performance on a monthly basis
  • Aftersales marketing
  • Staffing - appointment, training, development, appraisals etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Service Manager in a franchised car dealership for at least three years

  • Middle East experience an advantage
  • UK Plc or large car dealer group experience considered
  • Arabic speaking desirable
  • Highly resilient and target focussed
  • Financial understanding (P&L reporting)
  • Coaching and motivational skills
