Role Overview Harshad Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Service Quality Controller to independently oversee and improve service quality across service operations. The role focuses on reducing service delays, improving quality of output, strengthening client communication, and driving continuous service improvements. Key Responsibilities Monitor service jobs end-to-end to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines Identify service delays, repeat complaints, and quality gaps and drive corrective actions Engage directly with clients to gather feedback and resolve service quality concerns Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with service, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams Track key service KPIs (TAT, backlog, repeat jobs, customer complaints) Recommend and implement practical process improvements Prepare concise weekly/monthly service quality reports for management
