Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities
* Promote and sell HVAC services and components to customers, including end users, FM companies,
contractors with customer profile including Hotels, hospitals, Malls, Commercial & br> Residential buildings, individual villas etc.
* Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer servicebr> to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
* Manage and update customer records, including service sales activities, opportunities, and contact information
* Provide accurate forecasting of service sales and develop strategies to achieve targets
* Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and trends
* Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: UAE
Valid UAE driving license is required./p>

The HVAC Service Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC Services to customers including,br> but not limited to, services, repairs, overhauling, annual maintenance contracts, replacements and retrofits. br>The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of HVAC systemsbr> and components to provide customers with accurate information, br>technical support, and service solution recommendations.br> The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and close sales./p>

Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or any related fieldbr> * 1-3 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsbr> * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and componentsbr> * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously/p>
