Job description:

The after-sales technician inspects the condition of the equipment (drilling and construction machines and tools) and carries out preventive and curative maintenance at customers' premises (mines, quarries, public works), in compliance with safety standards and a total quality of service.

Your main missions are as follows:

Carry out preventive and curative maintenance of equipment used by customers (drilling rigs, etc.),

Carry out commissioning and customer training,

Carry out repairs and draw up lists of parts to be ordered,

Provide technical advice tailored to customers' needs,

Draw up repair estimates and submit them to his/her superiors within the requested deadlines,

Participate in machine operator or customer maintenance staff training,

Carry out machine demonstrations,

Manage the administrative activity related to interventions,

Write mission reports and send them to the hierarchy within the requested deadlines,

Work in collaboration with the sales representatives in the sector of intervention and provide useful information allowing the sales representatives to optimize their field knowledge.

Experiment:

You have significant experience in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity, ideally acquired in the field of drilling or construction (or maintenance of agricultural machinery).

Knowledge required:

With an electromechanical / electrotechnical background (BTS/DUT or equivalent), you have a solid foundation in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and pneumatics.

You have a good foundation in English.

Knowledge of the office pack is required.

Possession of a valid driver's license is a prerequisite for the position.
