Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
Deep expertise in:
- ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB
- Service Catalog, Workflows, Business Rules
- Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
- Data Migration, Transform Maps, and large data loads
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, performance considerations, and out-of-the-box vs. customization best practices.
- Ability to review, validate, and challenge solution designs, configurations, and development approaches to ensure scalability, maintainability, and platform compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
10 15+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Platforms.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across large-scale implementations.
- Proven experience in accelerating and expediting complex programs under tight timelines.
- Strong track record of leading large, enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations involving multiple modules and integrations.
