Mandatory Certification

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Key Responsibilities (Developers & Architects)

Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CSM, and ITOM modules.

Implement CMDB, Asset, and Discovery integrations ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Build custom portals, catalog items, and automated workflows for seamless service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture, performance, and automation goals.

Optimize ServiceNow performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and one or more of ITAM / CSM / ITOM modules

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture & ITSM frameworks

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB, and workflow automation

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
