Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be required to:
- Gather and analyze business needs from various stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and formalize functional requirements
- Modeling business processes ( as-is / to-be )
- Write the functional documentation: requirements definition, functional needs analysis, user stories, functional specifications
- To act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Supporting technical teams in clarifying functional requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management phases

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Bac+5 level education (engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree)
- Minimum 6 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Good functional knowledge of ServiceNow Mobile solutions
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with the client (remotely and on-site)
- Strong skills in writing functional documentation in French (specifications, DAF, user stories)
- Excellent communication skills in French (English preferred)
- CSA certification required
- CIS-CSM and CIS-FSM certifications are highly recommended.
