Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


During your tenure as a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas
• Create forms, workflows and prototypes
• Design, code and test technical solutions
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
• Assist in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules
• Understand the necessity of and contribute to development standards
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Develop applications to fulfill modern data capture
• Utilize ServiceNow as well as best practices for software development methodologies outlined by Deloitte, to ensure that work is compliant, efficient, and effective
• Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
• Team members are responsible for requirements analysis, system design, and playing a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Members of the development team must also possess the aptitude to search for answers when they aren t easily accessible

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience as technical consultant/architect/developer
• Understanding of MySQL databases
• Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-Now Platform
• Working knowledge in ServiceNow Configuration Management, ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Implementation
• ServiceNow experience of at least 2 years
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture and ITSM
• Experience in implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform
• Experience with web services integration, specifically SOAP and REST
• Strong technical knowledge in Service-Now Tool OOB (Out of the Box) Concepts like Client Scripts, Ul Policy, Ul Actions, Business Rule etc
• Experience with Application UI and Workflow configuration
• Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation certification
