Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sr. ServiceNow Developer – 14-16 yrs

Role Summary

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow H&S modules ( health & Safety), ensuring alignment with architecture and business requirements.

  • Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)

  • Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications

  • Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)

  • Collaborate with architect and BA to deliver solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years ServiceNow development experience

  • Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio

  • Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, Service Portal

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
