Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow GRC Implementation:
    • Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management.
    • Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per business needs.
  • Workspace & Portal Development:
    • Build and modify ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC.
    • Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including catalog forms and widgets.
  • Scripting & Customization:
    • Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
    • Optimize performance through efficient scripting.
  • Integration:
    • Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
    • Monitor and resolve integration issues.
  • System Admin & Support:
    • Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support.
    • Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development
  • Advanced scripting knowledge JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes
  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
