A leading ServiceNow partner is expanding its architecture capability and is looking for a strategic and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to shape large scale digital transformation programmes. This is a senior, high impact role working directly with C-level stakeholders, helping organisations maximise value from the Now Platform across the enterprise.

The role
You will define the overarching architectural vision and provide end-to-end governance across major ServiceNow implementations. You ll partner with business leaders to translate strategy into a clear multi-year roadmap, ensure platform alignment, and create design standards that drive consistency, scalability and long-term success.
This is a hands-on strategic role where you will influence direction, challenge assumptions and guide programmes from discovery through to adoption and value realisation.

What you will do
Lead enterprise-level architectural design and roadmap planning across the Now Platform
Align business strategy to ServiceNow capabilities, defining a clear target state architecture
Govern architectural decisions, patterns and standards across multiple teams and workstreams
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term transformation and platform strategy
Guide solution architects and technical teams, ensuring best practice and platform integrity
Oversee integration strategy, data models, CMDB design, automation and cross-platform alignment
Provide thought leadership, innovation and platform optimisation recommendations
Support presales, value discussions and strategic advisory engagements
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance and architectural principles
