Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise
Provide expert consultancy across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and other enterprise applications
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align platform capability with organisational needs
Develop solution roadmaps, architectural blueprints, and best practice frameworks
Ensure smooth integration of ServiceNow with existing IT landscapes
Mentor and support junior consultants and developers
Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and governance models

Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
Proven experience as a ServiceNow enterprise architect or senior business consultant
Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules
Background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and implementation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion
