Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead & Build the ServiceNow Practice Establish and scale a high-performing team
    • End-to-End ServiceNow Strategy Oversee project execution, solution design, and implementation
    • Business Development Drive new business opportunities and expand the ServiceNow footprint
    • Customer Engagement Work closely with clients to define digital transformation roadmaps
    • Team Management Recruit, mentor, and develop top ServiceNow professionals
    • Thought Leadership Represent the company at industry events and forums

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

10+ years of ServiceNow expertise Proven track record in ServiceNow implementations
15+ years overall IT experience Strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and digital transformation
ServiceNow Modules Expertise:

    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
    • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
    • Security Operations (SecOps)
    • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
    • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM)
    • Now Platform App Engine

Leadership & Business Growth Ability to build teams and expand market presence
ServiceNow Certified Preference for Certified Master Architect (CMA) or CIS certifications
