Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SPM), you will be involved in:
-
Implementation and optimization of SPM ( Strategic Portfolio Management ) modules
-
Analysis of functional needs and translation into technical solutions
-
Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Consulting, analysis, design and implementation tailored to client needs
-
Collaboration with technical and functional teams in an international environment
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
- Bac+5 level education (engineering school or equivalent)
- 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Confirmed expertise in the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) product
- CSA certification required
- CIS-SPM certification strongly desired
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong autonomy
- Good communication skills in French and English
