Job Title: Sewer Foreman
Company: Desert Man Transporting and Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for sewer and drainage works

• Lead and coordinate teams of laborers, operators, and subcontractors

• Interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications accurately

• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality standards and safety regulations

• Monitor work progress and report updates to project managers

• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise

• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure deadlines are met

• Enforce strict health and safety practices on-site
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sewer Foreman or similar role in infrastructure or civil construction

• Strong knowledge of sewer networks, pipelines, manholes, and drainage systems

• Familiarity with excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling processes

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of local authority regulations (Abu Dhabi preferred)

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects in the UAE
