Roles & Responsibilities

  • Foster an inclusive learning environment by tailoring instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of individual students.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to design and implement personalized lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and behavior, providing real-time feedback and support to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Certification in Special Education or a relevant endorsement enhances credibility and expertise in inclusive teaching.
  • Experience in a classroom setting, especially with diverse learners, is preferred to navigate varied educational dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and another language is highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse student populations.
