Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing and optimizing centralized support functions across the organization, including finance, procurement, HR, administration, and IT services. The role ensures efficient service delivery to all project sites and departments while improving operational efficiency, cost control, and process standardization within the contracting company.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Shared Services Operations
- Manage centralized services including finance, HR, procurement, logistics, and administration.
- Ensure smooth support for multiple construction projects and business units.
- Develop standardized procedures to improve efficiency across departments.
2. Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Implement automation and digital systems for better service delivery.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Team Management
- Lead and supervise shared services teams including accounts, HR, procurement, and administration staff.
- Ensure proper training, performance management, and staff development.
