Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring skilled Shawarma / Al-Farm Makers to work in Kuwait for reputed restaurants and fast-food outlets. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic shawarma and Al-Farm dishes while maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook shawarma, Al-Farm chicken, and grilled items .
- Marinate meat and ensure proper seasoning and flavor consistency.
- Operate shawarma machines, grills, and kitchen equipment.
- Slice and assemble shawarma wraps and platters.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage of meat and ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Work efficiently during peak hours and rush periods.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2+ years as Shawarma/Al-Farm Maker
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
