Key Responsibilities:

The primary duty is to keep shelves, displays fully stocked with products from the stockroom.
Merchandising products neatly and according to the store's planogram creating attractive and tidy displays to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Placing products on FIFO basis to minimizes waste and ensures to check for damaged or expired items and remove them from the shelves.
Verify that products have the correct price tags and labels, ensuring consistency between the shelf price and the price at the checkout.
Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment by clearing empty boxes and packaging, cleaning up spills, and ensuring aisles are not obstructed.
Must be prepared to help customers find products, answer basic questions, and direct them to other staff members when needed.
Flexible to work in different shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times.
Basic communication skills are needed to interact with both customers and co-workers.
Must be well groomed and presentable.
