Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable shelf presentation by arranging products according to planograms, ensuring visual appeal and easy customer access.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and promptly addressing spills or messes.
- Monitor inventory levels, proactively identifying low-stock situations and promptly informing the relevant personnel for timely replenishment.
- Assist customers with locating products, providing friendly and helpful guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Execute stock rotation diligently, removing expired or damaged goods and replenishing shelves with fresh inventory to minimize waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles is advantageous, indicating an understanding of stock control.
- Possess the physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, indicating the capability to handle stock.
