Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Shift Engineer who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

About The Role

What You Will Do

• The ability to complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion.

• The ability to use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.

• The ability to complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.

• The ability to carry out repairs to work orders or room inspection reports submitted by departments.

• The ability to ensure a clean, neat, organized work area and supervise all the carpenter workshop.

• The ability to always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.

• The ability to handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.

• The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees.

• The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and.

• Recording the Daily Utilities readings and make Daily analysis for Utilities consumption.

• Daily review for Morning / Afternoon Check Lists.

• The ability to handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.

• The ability to respond properly and professionally in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• The ability to report any damages observed within the Resort area, whether it be guestroom, public areas or any employee housing units through the Engineering reporting systems in place. Reporting to be done within one hour of discovery.

• The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Engineering management and Planning Committee Members.

What You Bring

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Bsc of Engineering / Four years technical trade school or Previous similar work experience.

Some back ground with laundry, kitchen, electricity, ..etc.

Has at least 2 years experience in the Same position.
