About the Role
Be part of the pioneering team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a world-class luxury destination on the pristine Saudi coastline. As Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort s infrastructure during your assigned shift, ensuring all systems function smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support across various areas including guest rooms, back-of-house, and public spaces, playing a key role in delivering seamless service in a luxury hospitality environment.

What You Will Do
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Respond promptly to guest room and operational engineering requests during your shift.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons safety and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide technical support as needed.
Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability efforts across the resort.
Report critical incidents and escalate major issues to the Engineering Supervisor or leadership team.

What You Bring
At least 2 years of experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role within a luxury hotel or resort.
Hands-on technical skills in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Familiarity with using maintenance software or digital reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during assigned shifts.
Pre-opening or large property experience is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
