Roles & Responsibilities

Operations & Service

  • Supervise daily caf operations, ensuring consistent service and product quality.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier coordination.

Team Management

  • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Motivate and guide baristas and service staff to maintain high morale.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives prompt and friendly service.

Sales & Reporting

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 3 years of experience in caf , coffee shop, or restaurant operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of caf operations, POS systems, and cash management.

Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS Software).

UAE experience preferred.
