Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any deviations promptly.
Collaborating with other departments to support input and output planning and material flow.
Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a safety culture in the workplace.
participate in the management and maintenance of the technical equipment used for handling materials
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in production, supply chain management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment
Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
Strong understanding of the principles of lean production, Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement techniques.
