Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

- To lead and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring the efficiency of the workflow and the completion of tasks within the given deadlines.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quickly address any deviations.
- Collaborating with other departments to support input and output planning and material flow.
- Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a safety culture in the workplace.
- participate in the management and maintenance of the technical equipment used for handling materials
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in production, supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment
- Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the principles of lean production, Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement techniques.
