Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity.

Optimize and standardize new and existing processes to improve operational efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any deviations promptly.

Collaborating with other departments to support input and output planning and material flow.

Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a safety culture in the workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

Equivalent higher education in production, supply chain management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment

Fluency in French and English

Strong understanding of lean production principles and continuous improvement techniques.

Excellent leadership and team management skills
