- Lead and coordinate the activities of the team, ensuring the efficiency of the workflow and the completion of tasks within the deadlines.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve the performance and productivity of the team.
- Optimize and standardize new and existing processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the planning of inputs and outputs and the flow of materials.
- Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Higher education equivalent in production, supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a production or warehousing environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong understanding of lean production principles and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
