Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To lead and coordinate the team's activities, ensuring the efficiency of the workflow and the completion of tasks within the given deadlines.
Develop and implement action plans to improve team performance and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quickly address any deviations.
Collaborating with other departments to support input and output planning and material flow.
Implement and enforce safety rules, promoting a safety culture in the workplace.
Participate in the management and maintenance of the technical equipment used for handling materials.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in production, supply chain management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a production or warehousing environment
- Mastery of French and English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the principles of lean production, Hoshin Kanri and continuous improvement techniques.
